Well here it is folks. The one and only Ruby Pumps!
It is far more pretty on the nails but here are some shots anyways. It was impossible to capture the look of this colour. It is so sparkly!
So I know I already have a very sparkly gold (OPI: Bring on the Bling) but this is not a yellow gold it's like a silvery gold, almost platinum gold. Whatever it is, we think it's gorgeous!
This colour is sold as a set with a white shatter polish (Serina Williams Collection) so I never wanted to buy this colour as I already have the white shatter. So my sister and I decided to pass on it for now until we find it somewhere where it's sold all by it's self. Well, guess what. We FOUND IT!! We were shopping on vacation, and happened to walk in to a Chatters Store/Salon and low and behold, they had 2 bottles just sitting there calling our names. So we bought them and that was that. Yay for us! Lemming conquered!
Good lord. What was I thinking with this colour?!?!?
First off, I totally broke 2 nails tonight (one on each hand) so I ended up chopping all of them off. :( But it's fine, I'm over it. They will grow back.
Secondly, I thought I'd take a colour request from my sister to spruce up these short little nails and this is what she selected. OK, SURE! I'll try out my only gold polish! But this picture is how it turned out. How disgusting!! Haha oh well. I'm totally gonna wear it anyways. :)
See you again tomorrow!
So this is my first time using a Sally Hansen top coat but this one seems to be pretty good. It dries super fast which is important to me as I ALWAYS smoosh my polish as soon as I paint it on!! So that's good plus it is very shiny. So I like that. I'm going to try some other Sally Hansen top coats in the future and I'll post reviews on those ones as well.
